Refund and revision policy.
Whop is the checkout, access, delivery, support, refund, dispute, and customer record system.
Refund eligibility is strongest before intake is submitted and before custom work begins. If a purchase was made by mistake, contact support through the Whop workflow as soon as possible.
After intake is submitted, work has started, or deliverables have been provided, refunds are limited or unavailable because the service is custom, fixed-scope work. Package-specific revision, clarification, or review windows apply instead.
No refunds are provided for not applying advice, expecting guaranteed matches or replies, submitting unusable materials, withholding required intake, requesting work outside scope, or disagreeing with blunt but scope-appropriate feedback.
Chargebacks and disputes should be handled through Whop so payment status, intake, support trail, and proof of delivery remain attached to the customer record.
